Original recipe makes 6
1 packageSugar Free Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix; 4-serving
2/3 cupCarnation Dry Milk Powder
1 cupunsweetened apple juice
3/4 cupYoplait fat-free yogurt
2 spoonscaramel sauce
2 Red Delicious Apples; 4 small unpeeled, diced
1/4 cupdry roasted peanuts; 1 ounce
1/2 cupminiature marshmallows; 1 ounce

Caramel-apple Salad Preparation

In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix, dry milk powder and apple juice. Mix well using a wire whisk. Blend in Cool Whip Free, yogurt and caramel sauce. Add apples, peanuts and marshmallows. Mix gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.

Serves 6 (2/3 cup).

Each serving equals: 174 calories, 2 grams fat, 6 grams protein, 33 grams carbohydrates, 315 milligrams sodium, 160 milligrams calcium and 1 gram fiber.

Sorry but its been quite awhile since I made this recipe and I lost it. If my memory serves me right Joanna Lund always called for
the Lite Cool Whips in the small container and to use the entire whip. Hope this helped you.
