Frozen Fruit Salad
| 1 ozPhiladelphia Fat-Free Cream Cheese; 1 to 8 |
| Sugar substitute; equal to 4 tsp sugar |
| 2 cupsfrozen unsweetened strawberries; partially thawed and chopped and undrained |
| 1 cupcrushed pineapple; 8 oz. can packed in fruit juice drained |
| 1 cupbanana; 1 medium sliced |
| 1/4 cupchopped pecans; 1 oz. |
| 1 cupCool Whip Lite |
Frozen Fruit Salad Preparation
In a large bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon until soft. Stir in sugar substitue. Add strawberries, pineapple, banana, and pecans. Mix well to combine. Blend in Cool Whip Free. Pour mixture into an 8x8 dish. cover and freeze. Remove from freezer about 10 minutes before serving. Cut into 6 servings
HINT: To prevent banana from turning brown, mix with 1 tsp lemon juice or sprinkle with fruit fresh.

**I forgot to drain my pineapple, but its still delicious. I froze it, thawed it a little, cut into 6 servings and individually wrapped them and put them back in the freezer. When I want one, I unwrap it, put it in a bowl, nuke on defrost for 1 minute and kinda chop it up with a fork. Ya'll this is so cool and ggggooooooooooooooooooddddd - and absolutely no guilt!!!
