Watermelon Slush
We not only had an abundance of watermelon given to us by a friend but we were also tired of eating it. This refreshing melon freeze was the perfect solution. It was quite refreshing, easy to prepare and my kids loved it! photo by JC972 Give a medal for this photo

Original recipe makes 7 Servings
8 cCubed seeded watermelon
Mint sprigs, (optional)
6 ozFrozen lemonade concentrate,
1/4 cSifted powdered sugar

Watermelon Slush Preparation

Place watermelon in a large bowl; cover and freeze. Place half of frozen watermelon, half of powdered sugar, and half of concentrate in a blender, and process until smooth. Pour mixture into individual glasses. Repeat procedure with remaining watermelon, powdered sugar, and concentrate. Yield: 7 cups (serving size: 1 cup). Per serving: 91 Calories; 0g Fat (4% calories from fat); 1g Protein; 23g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 3mg Sodium Serving Ideas : Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired. Serve immediately.
