| 1/4 cSifted powdered sugar |
Watermelon Slush Preparation
Place watermelon in a large bowl; cover and freeze. Place half of frozen watermelon, half of powdered sugar, and half of concentrate in a blender, and process until smooth. Pour mixture into individual glasses. Repeat procedure with remaining watermelon, powdered sugar, and concentrate. Yield: 7 cups (serving size: 1 cup). Per serving: 91 Calories; 0g Fat (4% calories from fat); 1g Protein; 23g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 3mg Sodium Serving Ideas : Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired. Serve immediately. We not only had an abundance of watermelon given to us by a friend but we were also tired of eating it. This refreshing melon freeze was the perfect solution. It was quite refreshing, easy to prepare and my kids loved it!
