Cheesy casserole that is full of chicken and broccoli
"I thought it was awesome! I've noticed can sizes have gotten smaller, so I added a little bit of whole milk to my "healthy" soups (!) for "more" and so it would spread better. I also used a mix of frozen and fresh broccoli that I microwaved together to get them thawed/steamed. And the last 5 minutes or so I bumped the oven temp up to 400 and that worked for my oven to get the top nice and brown and bubbly, so it was in the oven for a total of about 30 minutes, which I felt was very reasonable! It was a hit with my toddler AND husband (and me!). Thank you!!!"- Minerva79

kaitlynn93 6 months agoIt was pretty good! I only used a cream of chicken and the broccoli and cheese soup and it was still very creamy. Also used regular shredded cheddar instead of velveta and it turned out perfect. Definitely a classic easy meal for lazy nights
francesscott 6 months agoIt came out absolutely amazing!! I used Xtra cheese, real fresh broccoli, onions, chives and mushroom then topped it w/ sliced jalapeños. Also for the soups used they were all 1/2 fat free and the Velveeta cheese was also 2/3 fat free :)

YCarter 7 months agoRecipe was very rich. Probably could have done without one of the soups. Nutritional info shows very high calorie content.

SuperMom88 9 months agoReally yummy! I add a can of Cream of Mushroom instead of Broccoli & Cheese Soup. And instead of Velveeta I just use regular shredded cheese. Turns out great each time! Next time going to add mushrooms on top.
