| 4 Boneless Pork Chops; 3/4 to 1 inch thick |
| 1 packageStuffing mix |
| 1/4 cupDried cranberries |
| 1 cupHot water |
| 1 tablespoonbutter; Softened/melted |
| Salt and Pepper; to taste |
Crockpot Pork Chops with Cranberry Stuffing Preparation
Place potatoes in a 3 quart or larger slow cooker/crockpot; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper . Top with pork chops. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Combine stuffing mix and cranberries with 1 cup of hot water and 1 Tablespoon of softened/melted butter. Spoon stuffing over pork chops. cover and cook on low for 7 hrs.
