| 1/4 cupRed onion; diced |
| 1/4 cupGreen onion; chopped |
| 1 pinchWhite pepper |
| 1 pinchSeasoning salt |
| 2 teaspoonsWorcestershire Sauce |
| 2 teaspoonsDry dill weed |
| 2 tablespoonsLemon juice |
| 1/2 cupDry white wine |
| 6 Prawns |
| 6 Scallops |
| 1/2 cupBaby shrimp |
| 1/2 cupCrab meat |
| 1/4 cupSmoked salmon |
| 2 cupsSpinach fresh |
| 1 cup33% whipping cream |
| 1/2 cupParmesan cheese; shredded |
| 1/4 cupCornstarch |
| 1/2 cupHot water |
Lemon Dill Seafood Alfredo Preparation
In medium frying pan add garlic butter, red onion, green onion, white pepper, seasoning salt, worcestershire, dry dill, lemon juice, and white wine, bring to boil. Next add, prawns, scallops, baby shrimp, crab meat, smoked salmon, and spinach. Simmer untill seafood is cooked. Next add whipping cream, parm cheese, bring to boil and boil hard for 2 mins. next in a bowl whisk together corn starch and hot water, or put the two together in a squeeze bottle shake well, and add untill it's the thickness you need add 8 - 10 oz of half and half fett and spinach noodles cooked el dante'. enjoy.......
