| 1 envelopeOnion Soup Mix; dry, about 1 1/2 oz |
| 2 cansCondensed Cream of Mushroom Soup; 10 1/2 oz can |
Beef Roast (in Foil) Preparation
Preheat oven to 300 F.
Place 30x18" piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil in baking pan, 13x9x2".
Spread one can Cream of Mushroom Soup on foil where meat will sit.
Place meat on top of soup on foil.
Spread second can Cream of Mushroom Soup over meat.
Sprinkle Onion Soup mix over the top.
Fold foil over meat & seal securely (make a sort of tent).
Cook in 300 F oven for 4 hr..
Servings: 8 - 10
Notes
Can use any size roast, cook 1 hour per pound. 3 pounds or less reduce condensed cream of mushroom soup to 1 can.
