Recipes »  Main Dish  »  Fish and Shellfish

My husband got this recipe from somewhere , he makes it on special occasions when hes the cook.

"Oh gosh, this is EXACTLY what I was looking for! I'm pregnant and was looking for an EASY Shrimp Scampi recipe. This is it for sure! I followed the directions exactly, but poured the shrimp and juices over an open baked potato with cooked broccoli, instead of over noodles. YUMS!"

I followed the directions exactly but, I added small sauteed bits of potatoes to make it stick to the familys' stomach. It was awesome! Love the dish.

I skipped the rice and poured the shrimp mixture over some boiled asparagus. It was delicious yet simple.

While it's not the traditional shrimp scampi, it has an okay taste. I was a little disappointed because this wasn't the same recipe I used the last time bc I didn't have any garlic and at 8:30, I refused to go to the grocery store.
