Original recipe makes 4
4 Chicken breasts; boneless/skinless
1 12-oz canSpaghetti Sauce
3/4 cupMozzarella Cheese; grated
1 tablespoonolive oil
1 dashSalt&Pepper

Mozzarella Chicken Preparation

In a medium frying pan sautee the chicken in olive oil on high heat, until browned, about 3-5 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Add Spaghetti Sauce to the chicken, stir and cook on medium heat, covered, for about 8-10 minutes. Add the mozzarella cheese to the chicken and Spaghetti sauce (do not stir) , cover and continue cooking, until cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes. Serve over Pasta or Rice.

*Any additional cooked vegetables you want may be added with the spaghetti sauce to change it up a bit.
