Original recipe makes 4
1 poundGround ham loaf; (ground ham and pork mixture)
3/4 cupBread crumbs
2 largeEggs
1/2 cupmilk
Sauce
3/4 cupCrushed pinapple; with juice
2 tablespoonCornstarch
3/4 cupBrown sugar
1 teaspoonDry mustard

Glazed Ham Balls Preparation

Combine ground ham loaf, bread crumbs,eggs and milk, mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place in baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes.

Combine crushed pineapples, cornstarch, brown sugar, and dry mustard in small sauce pan, cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Pour over ham balls Bake 20 minutes longer. Serve over rice.

My husbands favorite! They freeze well, I made a double batch of the meatblls and froze half, then just had to make some rice and the glaze, reheated in microwave. [I posted this recipe.]
