Really delicious pork chops!
Pound pork to ? inch thick and soak in milk. Dip in parmesan cheese to generously coat both sides. Melt butter and olive oil in skillet over medium-low heat, add garlic and then pork. Cook lightly until browned on both sides. Remove from pan and keep warm.
Turn heat up and add beef broth, stirring and scraping bits of meat from bottom of pan. Cook one minute over high heat. Add wine and cook one minute more. Add mushrooms and pour over pork. Tastes great with rice and a veggie!!
