Big Fat Jelly Biscuits

Ready in 30 minutes

This is from www.dallasnews.com. Yummy for breakfast!

"First try was fun to make with kids. Used exact measures and thought a bit too much sugar to the taste, but otherwise pretty good. Probably should have made the spoon indent a bit deeper as the filling appeared to be setting on top when we took it out of the oven. Will make again.

Tasty and fun. Make sure to choose a thicker jam because runnier ones will just run right off and burn all over your pan.

Yummy! I made a deep indent with a coffee scoop and was able to put a lot of jelly in there. :)

Great simple recipe! A few of my troops complained that it was a little too much sugar but I kinda' pressed it on- an easy fix. Next time I think I'll do the jr. Grands and add cream cheese. Yum!
