Carrot Souffle
Original recipe makes 4
| TOPPING |
| 1/4 cupcomflake crumbs |
| 3 tablespoonsbrown sugar; + 2 tablespoons butter |
| 1 dashcinnamon |
| 1/4 cupNuts; chopped |
Carrot Souffle Preparation
Cook carrots. Puree in food processor. Melt butter. Combine all ingredients Mix well. Place in souffle dish. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake for about 40 - 55 minutes. at 350 degrees. Check to see if center is done. When doubling cooking time is a little longer check at 50 minutes
****1 atways double this. I also use canned carrots. Never use topping it is sweet enough, but I 'm sure the topping is fabu
