"I mixed the sugar with the eggs and then added the sour cream, oil and vanilla. I would also line the bottom of the loaf pans with waxed paper or parchment paper to prevent it from sticking in addition to using Pam. Also, it only took 55-65 minutes instead of 1 hour and 15 minutes. The recipe also does not state to allow it to cool in the pan 10-15 minutes before de-panning."

Ingredients
| 3 cupsFlour |
| 1 teaspoonSalt |
| 1 teaspoonBaking soda |
| 1/4 teaspoonBaking Powder |
| 2 cupsSugar |
| 1 teaspoonCinnamon |
| 3 eaEggs |
| 1/2 cupSour cream |
| 1 cupVegetable oil |
| 1 teaspoonVanilla |
| 2 cupsZucchini; shredded, unpeeled |
| 1 cupWalnuts; chopped |
Zuchinni Bread - Bestever Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Shred zucchinni.
Whisk together the dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix the eggs, sour cream, oil and vanilla.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just blended. Fold in the zucchini and walnuts.
Spray two regular loaf pans with Pam, add the batter and bake for 1hour and 15 minutes or until done (when a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.)
