| 1/2 cupBlue cheese |
| 8 ouncesBlue cheese sauce; see recipe for blue cheese sauce |
| 1 1/2 cupsMushroom; sauted with port wine. See recipe for port mushrooms |
| Parsley; chopped for garnish |
Firebirds' Blue Cheese Filet Preparation
Season steak generously on both sides and cook to desired temperature. Top steak with blue cheese and blue-cheese sauce. Top steak with sauteed mushrooms. Sprinkle with parsley.
