Ready in 4 hours
This is a good basic recipe that you can change up by adding mushrooms, black olives, green peppers, Italian sausage, or whatever you like on pizza. I tried keeping it healthy by using fat free mushroom soup and turkey pepperoni.
"I LOVE this recipe! I made this 2 weeks ago or so and it looked like there would be a ton so I actually made 2 separate meals out of it so nine would go to waste! I layered half of everything in a 1.5qt baking dish with tight fitting lid and froze it! I pulled it out last night and put it in the fridge last night to thaw; then popped it in the oven on 350 for about an hour and it was perfect!! Mix together in bowl or skillet that was used to brown the meat:
Pizza or spaghetti sauce
Layer in 3.5 quart crockpot: in the order given:
Half of the meat mixture
Half of the cooked pasta
Half a can of the soup
6 ounces of cheese
Half of the pepperoni slices
Top with any other ingredients you like such as mushrooms, olives, etc.
Cook on low heat for 4 hours and serve with your favorite bread and a salad.

golfincanada 8 months agoVery average. I didn't mind the Crockpot Pizza Casserole but it certainly wasn't a hit with the remaining 3 people at the table. For this reason I would not make it again.
tinktink521 9 months agoThis was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS soooo full of flavor!! I used sausage instead of ground beef?2 jars of pizza sauce instead of 1 and mozzeralla in my layers topped with grated parmesean..I put yellow green and red peppers in with my onions and sauce mix! Topped with more fresh peppers and olives!!! Definitely make this over and over :))

Coolcatkimmie 1 year agoWe loved it! I didn't do all the layers, I just mixed it all together, put a layer of cheese on top and covered it with chunks of bacon and red pepper flakes.
