Ziti Bake
This makes a lot and can be frozen.
"This is a great recipe for a crowd; easy on the cook and smells great while cooking; very filling and serves a lot--I'd say 10-12. I also appreciated the note to start this about an hour before serving. Clean up is easy too as you cook in one pot."

Ingredients
| 16 ouncesZiti |
| 1 poundGround beef |
| 1 15-oz containerRicotta cheese |
| 1/2 cupParmesan cheese; grated |
| 1/4 cupParsley; chopped |
| 1 Egg; slightly beaten |
| 3/4 teaspoonSalt |
| 1/4 teaspoonPepper |
| 30 ouncesSpaghetti sauce |
| 8 ouncesMozzarella cheese; shredded |
Ziti Bake Preparation
About 1 hour before serving: In 8-quart Dutch oven, prepare ziti as label directs; drain. Set aside.
In same Dutch oven over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until well browned, about 10 mins, stirring occasionally. Remove Dutch oven from heat; stir in ricotta, next 5 ingredients and half of spaghetti sauce until well mixed. Add ziti and toss gently to coat well. Spoon mixture into 13" x 9" baking pan; pour remaining spaghetti sauce evenly over ziti mix; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake in 350F oven 20 mins. or until hot and bubbly.
