This recipe makes butter tarts that just melt in your mouth and dribble down your chin, but do not let the filling boil while cooking.

| 1 cupbrown sugar |
| 1/2 cupRaisins |
| 2 Eggs |
| 1 teaspoonVanilla |
Butter Tarts Preparation
Melt margarine over low heat. Remove from heat and add sugar, raisins and eggs. Stir well. Pour into unbaked tart shells - fill 2/3 full. Bake at 450F for 8 min. Reduce heat to 350F and bake for another 8 min. Be careful not to let the filling boil.
