Ready in 45 minutes
Preheat oven to 350
Butter 9/13 pan
To large bowl add 1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 C sour cream
1 stick oleo ( I use just a little less)
1 pkg Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
Mix all ingredients thoroughly - put in 9/13" buttered pan. Bake at 350 for 35 (+) minutes. (Depends on your oven - I back it for about 40 minutes, watching so it doesn't brown too much around edges.
