A nice southwestern twist on tuna salad.

Ingredients

Original recipe makes 2
1 6-oz canwater packed Tuna; well drained
2 stalksCelery; diced
1 mediumJalapeno; seeded and minced
1 mediumApple; cored and diced
1/2 cupgreen onion; chopped
1/4 cupsweet pickle relish
6 tbspmayo
Lime zest
1 tbspfresh Lime Juice
1 tbspfresh Cilantro; minced
Salt and Pepper; to taste

Chef Glenns Tuna Salad Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Toss and chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Was very good, family likes the light taste of jalapeƱo & cilantro on a sweet roll. I did add pimento.
