Devilled Eggs

My Mom's favourite way of making Devilled Eggs, and we loved them. Easy to make and very tasty.

Ingredients

Are you making this? 
6 Eggs; (hard boiled and shelled)
3 tablespoon Mayonnaise; (or Miracle Whip salad dressing)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Paprika powder, sweet
Salt
Freshly Ground Pepper
Fresh Parsley

Servings  

Preparation

Slice the eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and mash them with the mayonnaise, mustard, until smooth and velvety. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Place equal amounts into hollows of each egg half. Garnish with paprika powder and chopped parsley.

Notes

Eat them fresh as the whites get a bit rubbery by the next day.
