Original recipe makes 4
1 12-oz canCream style corn
7 wholeRitz crackers; crushed
1 largeEgg
2 tablespoonButter; melted
2 tablespoonSugar
1/4 cupCheddar; shredded

Corn Casserole Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cheese. Stir well. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese if desired. Bake at 350? F for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
