| 2 6.5-oz packagesCorn Muffin Mix |
| 16 ouncesSour Cream |
| 2 16-oz cansCreamed Corn |
| 4 Eggs |
Big Green Egg - Souffle, Corn Preparation
Melt the butter in a 9? x 13? casserole dish.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl until moistened.
Pour into the casserole dish.
Stabilize egg at 350? with plate setter (legs down) and spacers to keep pan from direct contact with plate setter.
Place pan on spacers and bake at 350? for 45 to 60 minutes or until it is golden brown on top.
Bake a little longer for a more cake-like consistency or a little less if you want it
