| lbice shrimp; thawed, shelled |
| 2 tbspvegetable oil |
| cupbroccoli; chopped |
| ccarrots; sliced |
| cupsugar snap peas |
| cupred bell peppers; sliced |
| cupwater chestnuts; sliced |
| cupgreen beans; thinly cut |
| 1/3 ccelery; thinly sliced |
| 1 tbsppowdered ginger |
| 1 cloveGarlic; minced |
Stir-fried Shrimp and Vegetables Preparation
Prepare fried rice according to package instructions, set aside on warm.
In a large skillet or wok heat oil on medium high heat then add vegetables,
cook for 3 minutes. Stir in ginger and garlic. Add shrimp and cook for
3 more minutes.
Serve on top of rice.
