Stir-fried Shrimp and Vegetables Preparation
Prepare fried rice according to package instructions, set aside on warm.
In a large skillet or wok heat oil on medium high heat then add vegetables,
cook for 3 minutes. Stir in ginger and garlic. Add shrimp and cook for
3 more minutes.
Serve on top of rice.
