Diner Meat Loaf "muffins" (6 Points)
Sit down to a meat loaf in a half hour with this recipe. Serve with steamed green beans and roasted potato wedges for an at-home version of a blue-plate special."really good - and fun! My husband loved it. This would be a great recipe for kids who might normally dislike meatloaf. The onions and carrots add a nice flavor to the beef, as does the ketchup. And the ketchup on top of each "muffin" is adorable ...and tasy!" - adacooks
