This dish convinced my husband to marry me. Particularly good with some tortellini or ravioli to swish in the sauce.

| 3 Eggs |
| 1/2 cupRomano cheese; grated |
| 3 teaspoonsWater |
| 1/4 cupParsley |
| 1/2 teaspoonSalt |
| 1 cupBread crumbs |
| 3 tablespoonsButter |
| 3 teaspoonsVegetable oil |
| 1 cupCream |
| 1/4 cupWater |
| 1/4 cupButter |
| 1/2 cupRomano cheese; grated |
| Mozzarella cheese |
Chicken Alfredo Preparation
Place flour in one bowl.
Mix together eggs, roamna cheese, water, parsley and salt in second bowl.
Place bread crumbs in third bowl.
Dip chicken in each bowl and then brown in butter and oil.
Place in baking dish.
Combine cream, water, butter and heat until butter melts. Add romano and cook for 5 minutes.
Pour over chicken, top with shredded mozzarella and bake for 2 hours at 250 - 300.
