This green salad with its dressing is wonderfully authentic in taste to the salad served at the "Olive Garden" restaurants. The dressing recipe makes enough dressing to cover a large bowl of salad. I only use two thirds of the dressing, but use more according to your taste. I like to use homemade extra large croutons in this recipe.

This recipe is fantastic! I do enjoy Olive Garden's salads. I did mix the dressing and let stand for a couple of hours in the refrigerator and did add to my salad about a half hour before serving and the salad was perfect. In fact, I have shared this recipe with several people.

Me and hubby thought this salad was so good!!! The only thing I changed was to use a little less vinegar. Will be making again!

Was good. Next time I will use white wine vinegar instead. The white vinegar aw a little too pungent.

Not exactly like Olive Garden but still a fave at my house. My hubby loved it and stated, "We will never have to buy salad dressing again".
