We really enjoyed this dish. I omitted the bacon and mushrooms. I used ground turkey and beef stock. I also substituted half the sour cream with greek yogurt. And used whole grain egg noodles. Very quick, easy and tasty dish.

This was a decent dish. I felt like the sour cream really overpowered the other flavors, though. Not bad at all, just kind of one-note for my tastes.

Love it! Very delicious and easy in a Le Creuset 8qt Dutch oven. I threw in a cup of old vine Zinfandel (from my wine glass) but otherwise followed it exactly. Thanks for posting!

Tasting, and Temping, Are Key!! I measure not often! But, taste a lot during the process!! Lol This one is a keeper!!

Crowd really enjoyed. For me It lacked a little flavour, needing red wine. Will try again with.

This has become THEE Stroganoff dinner at my house. I'm a newlywed and this is my husbands favorite meal. I tried several different recipes for stroganoff but they didn't pan out. this one is wonderful, easy to do and actually tops his mother's recipe for it :-) I don't put mushrooms....

Hubby really likes when I make this dish. It really is tasty. I make a few changes though...I use beef stock, ground turkey, use 3 cloves of garlic, 1/2 the nutmeg & I omit the bacon and mushrooms. I also added a little cornstarch in the end to thicken.
