Salmon with Lemon Pesto Crust Preparation
Mix the breadcrumbs, lemon zest and pesto together then top the salmon with it. Pre heat the oven at 220C/gas 7 cook for 10-12mins until the crust is turning golden and the salmon is just cooked.
Serve with steamed vegetables
