A great Raspberry Bar recipe that's easy, quick and absolutely delicious! The recipe also lends itself to almost infinite variations just by changing the flavor of the jam.

deniseditgeswoolsey , 1 years agoVery Good! Family loved it. I also switch regular flour with whole wheat. I have tried it twice once using Raspberry and once using Blueberry. easy enough to make before school for the kids.
Rfield33 , 1 years agoQuick and easy to prepare- i switched 1/4 cup of regular flour with whole wheat flour and also added a bit of vanilla extract.
Haileydickens , 1 years agoIn my opinion, it had a little too much flour...or maybe not enough sugar. I would suggest adding maybe 1/2 more of brown sugar and take 1/4 of the flour away and add 1/4 more oatmeal

Charmcity , 1 years agoReally really good. I made it exactly as described. I might see if I could cut a tablespoon or 2 of butter out next time just because I feel so guilty eating them! It would go great with some vanilla yogurt for breakfast i think.

Winston24 , 1 years agoLove these! I tweaked the recipe a bit. I added a little less flour and added 1/4 cup ground flax seed and 1/4 wheat germ. Delicious!
Crettenberger , 1 years agoMy aunt did this same recipe for years but without the oats. I use either Bakers fruit from the jar or pie filling. Dust with powdered sugar..yum!
