Never-fail Rib Rub
Try putting a little apple juice in a spray bottle and spray the ribs about every 15 minutes in the last hour of cooking time. We did this with the last batch of ribs and loved it. It kept them moist and gave them a spicy, sweet flavor.
"I don't have a barbecue becaue I live in an apartment building and must cook in an oven. This is an excellent mix of spices. Just add the dry ingredients to 1/2 cup of fruit juice (mango, pineapple, apple, or other) and you have a great sauce for oven cooking indoors. Keeps well in the fridge."- qwertz
