A delicious blend of garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and some other interesting flavors. I constantly adjust this recipe and my boyfriend seems to always love it and asks for more!!

Original recipe makes 4
1 boxrigatoni; cooked and drained
1 tablespoonolive oil
4 clovesgarlic; finely chopped
1 titalian seasonings
1 tgarlic salt
1 tonion powder
1 pkgsun-dried tomoatoes, reconstituted and chopped
1 jarspaghetti suace
1 csour cream
1 pkgsun-dried tomoatoes, reconstituted
2 tablespoonSugar
1/2 cparmesean and asiago cheee blend

Rigatoni and Sun-Dried Tomatoes Preparation

Cook the rigatoni and drain. In a deep dish heat oil then add garlic, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, italian seasoning, garlic salt and onion powder. Saute until garlic slightly browned. Add rigatoni and coat. In a seperate saucepan, heat the spaghetti suace then add the sour cream and sugar. Stire until heated through and pour over rigatoni. Mixed in grated parmesean and asiago cheese blend.

The flavors are great in this..I love the sweetness from the sugar. I find that I am always adjusting the seasonings to taste, so please feel free to share any adjustments you might make. A homemade spaghetti sauce would be great too...I work and go to school full-time so I try to cut corners! [I posted this recipe.]
