Beef Short Ribs

Original recipe makes 4
| 1 oil; 1 to 3 Tbsp |
| 2 Onions; chopped |
| 1/2 cupBeef broth |
| 1 1/2 tbspbrown sugar |
| 2 tspWorcestershire sauce |
| 1 tspdry mustard |
| 1 tsppaprika |
| 3 poundsshort ribs |
| 1/3 cupchili sauce |
| 3 tbspcider vinegar |
| 1 tspDijon mustard |
| 1 clovegarlic; chopped |
| 1 tspchili powder |
| Salt; to taste |
| 1/4 Black Pepper; freshly ground |
Beef Short Ribs Preparation
In a deep casserole dish, brown ribs all over and trim off as much fat as possible. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well. Pour over ribs, stir to coat thoroughly. Bake in 350F. oven covered for 2 hours. Remove cover and bake for 1/2 hour more until brown.
