"Excellent recipe. I didn't have the "Crazy Jane's mixed salts" so I went online and googled a copycat recipe. Luckily I had all the ingredients. I like thicker sauces so I took the advice of others and put in a little less milk and a little more flour. Great recipe for people like myself who work 3rd shift and want to make a meal for the next couple of days to feed on. Will definitely be making again. Thank you."

Fantastic, you don't need cream just add a little more flour until the sauce is slightly thicker. Because it is covered for most of the time it retains the moisture. Fabulous dish!

Excellent dish, be sure to have some friends on hand or else you will be eating for a week! The sauce is very thin when using the milk. I'll be using whipping cream instead next time and I'd recommend that you yyou do the same. Otherthen that, it is wonderful.

Wow, it turned out great! I added a little extra Worcester sauce and a splash of white wine to make the sauce a little thinner, it was so good.
