This is a super top-secret family recipe my former-Uncle Don came up with. It''s probably the only good thing Uncle Don ever did.

Ingredients

Ready in 2 hours, 30 minutes

Original recipe makes 12
2 cansMexi Beans
2 bottlesMed. Taco Sauce
2 cansKidney beans
1 canDiced Tomatoes
2.5 poundsGround beef
1 Onion
1 clovesGarlic
2 tbspvinegar; (up to 3)
1 candomestic beer

Uncle Don's Chilli Preparation

Brown beef until almost done. Drain in Colander. Place back in skillet and add chopped garlic clove(s) and onion, thinly cubed. Simmer. Add above ingredients DO NOT DRAIN CANS, stirring constantly, until chili just begins to boil. Cut heat back to low and let simmer. Cook most of the liquid out. Serve with Sour Cream and shredded Cheddar Cheese.

Notes

My sister adds 2-3 tblspoons of vinegar. I usually add about a can or so of domestic beer and let it cook out. Serve with Sour Cream and shredded Cheddar cheese. Freezes well.
