| 1/4 cuppicante sauce |
| Mix until blended. |
| Second Layer: |
| 1 cupSour cream |
| 1/2 1.25-oz packettaco seasoning mix |
| 1/2 cupMayonnaise |
| Mix until blended. |
| Third Layer: |
| 4 largeavocados; mashed |
| 3 tablespoonsLemon juice |
| Mix until blended |
| Fourth Layer: |
| 1 tomato; chopped |
| 1 1/2 cupsgreen onions; chopped |
| Fifth Layer: |
| 1 cupolives; chopped |
| Sixth Layer: |
| 2 cupscheddar cheese; shredded |
Big As Texas Chip Dip Preparation
On a large plate or platter, mix and layer the above ingredients in the order listed. Serve with tortilla chips. Serves 12. For extra appeal, cleverly arrange the fourth, fifth, and sixth layers into star shaped or other fun patterns.
