Ingredients

1 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
1 1/2 cup Vinegar
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Mustard seed
1 1/2 teaspoons Kosher salt
1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
2 ea Dried chiles
1 pound Baby Carrots

Original recipe makes 4

Servings  

Preparation

1) Boil all the ingedients together (except carrots)

2) Let the liquid cool

3) Fill Mason Jar with Carrots

4) Pour liquid over carrorts

5) Seal jar

6) Refridgerate for 2 weeks

7) Eat and Enjoy
