Fish: Halibut with Garlic and Herbs

Recipes »  Main Dish  »  Fish and Shellfish

Works great with halibut, but you can sub any firm white fish. Kid-friendly.

"This was a great recipe! I used halibut filets and they were perfect. The halibut is a perfect, mild fish for kids and adults. I, like another user, added cilantro and extra garlic. Yum. The crust was perfect before the bake. All the family loved!!!" - lisahelzer

Great one. I doubled the garlic because we love garlic and used a mix of parsley and cilantro. Also, because we are in a low sodium diet, we took out the salt and sprinkled with pepper and paprika. I am going youse this one again for certain!

I'm no kid, but my wife and i thought it was great. A little more work than ideal, but worth it.
