Salad: Orzo with Corn, Green Beans, Tomatoes

Salad: Orzo with Corn, Green Beans, Tomatoes

Ready in 1 hour

This pasta salad has a delicious, bright flavor. It's perfect for summer cookouts.

"I couldn't find orzo so I used elbow pasta - was fine but would have been better with orzo. Since I am growing basil, I used that instead of tarragon; worked just as well. I wanted it as an entree so I added grilled chicken chunks Overall a very nice summer salad. "

Used fresh oregano from the garden and it was great. Halved the dressing recipe and it was the perfect amount. Thanks much!

I used canned beans instead of fresh, but it was still tasty but not as colorful. My family loved it. I did also use a honey mustard and a stone ground instead of Dijon because it was what I had on hand. A keeper!

Great summer salad! I didn't have tarragon or shallots handy, and it still tasted great. Perfect for fresh seasonal produce.

Delicious, light salad with a bright flavor. Goes very well with grilled food.

The dressing on the salad was not a hit. The whole family disliked it. They did like the orzo and veggies without the dressing. Next time we will try a different dressing.
