Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Combine with flour and salt, pepper
Heat 1 tbl oil in large skillet or med-high heat. add chicken and saute 4 min or until browned. remove chicken from pan
add 1 tbl oil to pan, add garlic, tarragon and mushrooms - saute 3 min or until mushrooms darken.
Add white wine to pan and cook 1 min
stir in broth, remaining 1/4 t salt and remaining 1/8 t pepper
cook 1 min or until slightly thick
return chicken to pan, cover and simmer 2 min
uncover and cook 1 min or until chicken is done.
top with cheese (optional)
serve with noodles or couscous or rice and a vegetable side.

Walbeck 1 year agoEasy and quick meal. I added some diced red peppers and 2 T of garlic. I served this with a nice salad and some penne pasta.

janetschoensmith 1 year agoLoved this dish. It was very good although I forgot to add the Parmesan cheese. I'm sure it would be even better with the cheese. It also was excellent as leftovers.

zachshuckhart 1 year agoWonderful we added a red onion a few shallots and used two heads of garlic instead. Crimini mushrooms were what we had sliced thin. Delicious and quick.
Jayshaftman 1 year agoI made this for a quick Sunday dinner. I didn't have any white wine, so I just used 1 cup of chicken stock and used shiitake mushrooms. It was fantastic !!!! here in Japan
terik1972 1 year agoWas good. Served with couscous which we didn't care for the texture with this recipe. Would add shallots/green onions in the future.
Toolski8 1 year agoSimple and very tasty. I followed the recipe and thought it was very good. This is a dish you can get creative with and add different veggies and aromatics. We will be adding this to our monthly meal plan.

bigfella123 5 years agoUsed vegetable stock as local shop did not have any chicken stock but still tasted fantastic!!! Seved it with fresh taglietelli covered in cheese Beautiful but very filling!!!!
