Chicken Mushrooms Garlic White Wine Sauce Preparation
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Combine with flour and salt, pepper
Heat 1 tbl oil in large skillet or med-high heat. add chicken and saute 4 min or until browned. remove chicken from pan
add 1 tbl oil to pan, add garlic, tarragon and mushrooms - saute 3 min or until mushrooms darken.
Add white wine to pan and cook 1 min
stir in broth, remaining 1/4 t salt and remaining 1/8 t pepper
cook 1 min or until slightly thick
return chicken to pan, cover and simmer 2 min
uncover and cook 1 min or until chicken is done.
top with cheese (optional)
serve with noodles or couscous or rice and a vegetable side.
