Chicken Mushrooms Garlic White Wine Sauce

Chicken Mushrooms Garlic White Wine Sauce

Ready in 30 minutes

Fairly easy and works well with pasta or brown rice

"Made to alterations in recipe as in added beef stock cube as well. I also used field mushrooms as prefer their taste to button. Initially was serving this with brown rice but it taste so good I went with bowls of chunky wedges and veg. Went down a treat with friends."

Loved this dish. It was very good although I forgot to add the Parmesan cheese. I'm sure it would be even better with the cheese. It also was excellent as leftovers.

Wonderful we added a red onion a few shallots and used two heads of garlic instead. Crimini mushrooms were what we had sliced thin. Delicious and quick.

I made this for a quick Sunday dinner. I didn't have any white wine, so I just used 1 cup of chicken stock and used shiitake mushrooms. It was fantastic !!!! here in Japan
