Ingredients

Are you making this? 
1 15-oz can Bush's black beans; rinsed and drained
1 4-oz can Ripe olives; chopped
1/4 cup White onion; finely chopped and rinsed
1 clove garlic; finely chopped
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Lime juice; fresh squeezed
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Red pepper; crushed
1/4 teaspoon Ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
8 oz Cream cheese; softened
2 large Eggs; hard cooked, peeled and chopped
1 Green onion; with top, sliced

Original recipe makes 12

Servings  

Preparation

Drain and rinse the black beans; drain the chopped ripe olives.

Mix all ingredients except cream cheese, eggs and green onion. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Spread cream cheese on a serving plate and spoon bean mixture evenly over the cream cheese.

Arrange chopped eggs on bean mixture in a ring around the edge of the serving plate and sprinkle with green onion.

Serve with crackers.
