I just made this for the second time. This time I took the sour cream back to just 3/4 of a cup and added 3-4 tablespoons sherry with the vegetable broth....really good!

Yummy! I put it over mashed potatoes because of wheat sensitivities and it worked great.

For me, it was too rich (like eating a tub if sour cream, which basically it was), not flavourful enough, and an awful purplish-grey colour. It wasn't as fast to make as I thought it would be, either. I certainly wouldn't make it again.

I made this recipe for the second time tonight. The first time I made it I followed the recipe exactly. Tonight I added a little bit of white cooking wine. It was outstanding! I recommend this recipe and addition!

Though it was good but needs something, maybe sherry. I also used about 1/3 less sour cream than called for and could have used less.

Really liked it, but would it needed a little something -- more salt or maybe garlic. Still was a great vegetarian recipe!

This recipe is amazing! And I don't even like mushrooms! It's super easy and so flavorful! I also cut the sour cream in half. Delicious!

Added 4 minced garlic cloves with the onions. A recipe for mushroom connoisseurs! Great vegetarian dish!

Use the recipe of another reviewer adding veggies after reduction. Used Toffutti sour cream since trying to cut Dow on dairy. Still fantastic and could probably get away with less sour cream

This was absolutely delicious! I only used a third of the amount of sour cream though and that was plenty. Deffinitley be making this again soon!

I have made this twice and the second time I increased the mushrooms and reduced the sour cream by quite a bit. Only 1/2 cup of low fat. The egg noodles make this my "unhealthy food night" dish. Otherwise it's not too bad!

Seemed like I needed more mushrooms and it was a very rich tasting meal. Might make some changes next time.

I added the sour cream and flour to the broth after it reduced, THEN I added the mushrooms, onions, and parsley. It was delicious. I might add another mushroom cap next time, too. Today I used 4 which was 13.25 oz.
