Pasta- Chicken Noodles with Broccoli Peanut Sauce
Tasty Thai flavors at home"Versatile recipe. Could use shrimp instead. We thought it needed some salt in the form of soy sauce, fish sauce, or table salt maybe because our tastes run towards the exotic flavorful tastes of Thai cooking. I used rice noodles, as that is what I had on hand. Liked the idea of adding steamed Broc. Looking forward to cooking this again. The guys loved it. Thanks for sharing Kate." - Frostbytealaska
