Great! Have made this for two BBQs and it is the only thing that doesn't become a leftover.
Add some chopped jalepenos for some heat, or some diced fruit to make it sweet

This is very similar to recipe #158447. I liked the addition of avocado, but it lacks the tang and zip of recipe #158447. Also, the 1/2 cup of olive oil makes it much higher in fat than the other black bean salad.

It is a cool salad that can be for almost any occassion. you can also add or change the vegetable ingredients as long as the dressing stays the same. The lime juice makes it. It is one of my favorites and always recieves great comments from my guest.
