| 2 Ripe Avocados |
| 2 clovesGarlic; minced |
| 1/8 largeRed Onion; minced |
| 1/4 Jalapeño Pepper; minced |
| 1 tspLemon Juice |
| 1 tspLime Juice |
| 1/2 tspSalt |
| 1 tbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil |
| 1/2 tspCilantro |
Garlic Guacamole Preparation
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits and scoop out the pulp into a bowl. Add the garlic, onion, jalapeño and mash together. If you want a smoother guacamole, blend in a food processor.
Mix in the lemon and lime juice, salt, olive oil and cilantro.
Cover and let it sit in the fridge for 1 hour.
Serve in a bowl or hollowed avocado halves.
