Original recipe makes 4
3 tablespoonBrown sugar
3 tablespoonBourbon
2 tablespoonSoy sauce
1 tablespoonGinger; fresh grated
3 clovesGarlic; minced
1 tablespoonLime juice
1/4 teaspoonBlack pepper
1 poundSalmon
1/4 cupGreen onion; thinly sliced
1 tablespoonSesame seeds

Salmon- Bourbon Glaze Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients in ziploc bag. Add fish and seal. Marinate for 1.5 hours, turning occasionally.

Heat large nonstick skillet over medhigh heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add fish and marinade to pan - cook fish 4 min per side or until flakes easily with fork. Serve fish with sauce and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
