"These were delicious! I definitely think there was a typo for the salt so since everything was 1 1/2 tsp I did the same for the salt. I used panko and regular bread crumbs to see which was better. I liked the regular bread crumbs a lot better and I used my deep fryer."- Ange325

Knelson82 5 months agoWe used crushed club crackers instead of bread crumbs, otherwise we followed the recipe. This was my first time making homemade onion rings and they turned out pretty well. Make sure the oil stays nice and hot
Maw1062 6 months agoI was reading this recipe and am very confused. How did the Onion get in the water and when did it get cut. Where was the Milk on the ingredients list. If I did not cook, I could not make this dish. The way It reads you pull Onions out of water and coat them in flour, egg, and crumbs then fry them. As a whole Onion. When did you cut them into rings?
Antounz 7 months agoGreat recipe. Little typo on the salt but if you added 1/2 cup salt then you are to blame. Little logic never hurt. Bravo
Sasquatch16 8 months agoThis is the best onion ring receipt ever. We have a sonic near us and this is exactly how they make them. Had a fish fry one weekend and made these and nobody touched the French frys.
