| 1/2 Teaspoonred pepper flakes; to taste |
| 1 cupfresh pineapple; cubed |
| 1/3 cupred cabbage; shredded |
| 1/4 cupred onion; thinly sliced |
| 1/4 cupMint leaves; torn fresh |
| 1 Teaspoonlime zest; minced fine |
Sweet-spicy Pineapple Salad Preparation
Simmer Splenda, lime juice, salt, and pepper flakes in a saucepan over medium until syrupy, about 4 minutes; cool.
Toss pineapple, cabbage, onion, mint, and lime zest together in bowl. Drizzle with cooled syrup and toss to coat.
